What all did you shed for weight? The exhaust was huge alone. Battery, went with lighter lithium. Sprockets and chain 520 conversion. Typical tail tidy. Rear seat cover. Aluminum handle bars. Rear peg removal

With all the mods the flash alone would have worked if it was a race bike, but because it is a street bike the flash alone would create drive ability issues at lower rpms. So the pc, fine tunes everything to keep it a joy to ride on the street

If you don't mind me asking who did the ECU flash. I asked in another thread and another member recommended 2wheel dynoworks.

He is coming up with a kit that will include; ecu flash, pc5 program, gsxr 600 stacks with airbox mods and some other things. I was going to post once he gives me all the info.

Awwwwww damn that's what I want to hear. When I did the pair valves delete I saw how restrictive the airbox was but I wasn't about to cut it up and find out I made efficiency worse. Can't wait to hear what he's going to offer I'll be patiently waiting.

Here is the sheet with the info. I will be posting a write up with pics later. The hp is within the stock rpm range. If I would have let him go up 500rpms, there was approx another 3 horses. Stay tuned

Awesome man! You've done way more to the bike than I thought. I bet it feels so much better than factory now. I havent had mine long enough to do that much modifying, I've barely even gotten to the first service.

I havent had mine long enough to do that much modifying, I've barely even gotten to the first service. The sad part is, I have had to work and I havent gotten a chance to ride it yet. We are getting hit with some extreme cold at the moment, but after that its looking good enough to roll out! I will let you know about the improvments and what effect they have on the bike. Thanks

Man, that is an extensive list for such a new bike. And the power gains are very, very impressive. Thanks for putting up a picture of the seat cowl. I was really curious to see what it looked like on the bike, not the parts catalog. I am still undecided on that front, but at least now I know what it looks like. One question... What size (6, 8, or 10mm) were the swingarm spools? I'm about to order a set, but I'm seeing conflicting numbers online.
