I know it's a naked bike and it's not supposed to have a windscreen. But I always felt that the abbreviated windscreen on the GSX-S750 looked... unfinished. It looks truncated. I looked at the aftermarket for a bolt on, but none of them are integrated with the lines of the bike. They are obviously bolt-on-afterthoughts. So I decided I would make my own. But a few obstacles to overcome... like, how would I attach it? What materials would I use? And will it look like a blob of chewed bubble gum when I'm done? But hey! Since it's winter here in VT, I got nothing to lose by trying. I have some basic tools, a little bit of experience aaaaand a gopro. Let's get started and see what happens! Square ✅ Manilla folders for template ✅ Sheet of aluminum ✅ Tape measure ✅
What else.... Dinner plate!
Again, out off nowhere I'm laughing my butt off while watching one of your videos. I do the same type of stuff all of the time. Who needs a compass, I'll find something! Your awesome bro.

HAHAHA!! You know it man The vision in your head can't be stopped by lack of tools! You gotta do what you do with what you've been given. BTW... I have a compass on my wall. Never use it and forgot it was there until you mentioned it. LOL!

At the top of your screen you need to put in a front 1/2''lip rolling forward to sweep the wind "up". Also dollar tree foam board and hot glue works really well to build templets. Also once you have a form with the foam board you can coat it in spray foam after it dries you remove the foam board and you have a mold to lay fiberglass. Just a couple other ideas for your next project. However you seem to be doing a good job looks good.

mrstamp80 thanks for the thoughts. I did this work during Christmas week (was home on vaca!) and I added a lip to the top The foam is a great idea, but not my strength. I've had experience shaping auto body panels and enjoy working with metal so I prefer it. Thanks again for the feedback!
