If I take the survo out the f1 will come in correct? If I don't have the survo buddy yet is there any other way around it? And what's the harm/damage of riding with the f1 on?

What would the effects be to delete the cat? Will it really run like crap without a remap?

Some of this is basic knowledge, but go with me here.
Your engine is an air pump. Pistons pull air in and push air out with help of valves.
Stroke 1: The piston lowers with the intake valve open drawing air threw the filter and into the intake. An injector mixes fuel with the air going into the combustion chamber. Stroke 2: The piston goes up with the valves shut creating compression that at its peak is ignited by the spark plug. Stroke 3: The piston is forced down by the combustion of compressed fuel and air. Stroke 4: The piston raises forcing the exhaust threw the exhaust valve, cat, and muffler.
The cat a designed to burn un burnt fuel, it's an emissions thing. It also slows your exhaust down which intern slows the air coming into your intake. On older bikes when you replaced your slip on our mufflers you would have to rejet the carbs. With efi bikes the oxygen sensor monitors the fuel mixture and adjusts it within its available range. That's why we can swap our cans out without needing a tune.
With all of that being said, if you swap the muffler and pull the cat out, you may move the range of adjustment needed outside of the ecm's parameters. This would lead to a lean condition. The injectors are not spraying out enough fuel to keep up the the air going into your engine. That's not only bad, but deadly to our engines. The combustion would be too hot, which melts pistons.
This is why you start your tune rich and lean it out.
If I were you. I would do everything your going to do to your bike with your tuner. The last thing you want to do is have them tune it, just to have to schedule another session a month later. They will also tell you the best times to do it. Temperature and humidity add into the mix as well.
Have fun!

Cut off where the cat is...get a proper pipe size and length to compensate the cat and get it flashed... I know getting an arrow system would be better but im not looking for any sort of track time...even if i am...i wouldnt care if "option A" makes it faster by 0.021secs 😂😂😂 Its purely for noise+fun factor 😆😆

Has anyone successfully removed the cat? If so how did you go about doing it? And where exactly in the pipe is it located? Thanks!

I'm doing something similar, but leaving the cat on and just removing the 02 sensor from the cat and putting heatwrap over the cat to cover the hole... With o2 eliminator plug in So just removing the cable that's hooked into the cat will disable it and then just tricking o2 sensor with the o2 eliminator should open the exhaust up ... it's just a tiny bit heavier with the cat on , then if you do did full titanium exhaust
