Good stuff right here. Only thing I was wondering is how do you get the Maxima to not fling off the chain and go all over your tire? The bike turns into a flat track machine after I service the chain. Maybe mine is just old cuz it goes on foamy?

Yeah not supposed to be foamy, it's a wax so it dries quickly and coats the chain. You sir have a bad can.

Yeah, once you buy the initial cost of everything you need to do it, will go a long way. kerosene $10 spray bottle $3 chain brush $7 chain wax $12 rear spools (for stand) $12 rear stand $40 box of gloves $5 total = $89 plus the cost of some sockets and a torque wrench if you already don't have.
Either way most dealerships to service your change gonna run you somewhere between $40-$80 depending on the dealership, that's every 500-1000 miles. Much more cost effective and only takes and 20 mins from start to cleaning everything up.
