Came home from work and realized my mirror is loose. The whole assembly was turning. When I turn the assembly to tighten it tightens with the mirror inverted towards the bike instead of the mirror further out like it is suppose to be. Any advice?

If you raise the rubber boot at the base of the mirror stem (where it screws into either the front brake or the clutch perch) you'll see a lock nut. Position the mirror where you like it and tighten down the lock nut with a wrench.
