To me, many of the windscreens for the GSXS look like an afterthought. So I concepted my own windscreen and now I'm doing some research on shaping Acrylic. It looks a lot easier than I thought it would be. I'm thinking of using sheetmetal to create the form and then heat-shaping the acrylic over the metal shape. If I can pull it off I think it'll look great. I don't know if it'll wind-test very well until I ride it, but.... I really like the more integrated sportier look. Anyone ever tried shaping acrylic? Any advice? Any feedback on this design? Thanks for your thoughts. Attachments:

It looks good. I would rock one. The only thing is you want to do a curve up and away from you, that way it will deflect the wind up and over your head. Good design work.
