Like the title says. Pretty sure I need to swap out my plugs. Plus I wanna get a head start on next years maintenance. Anyone have any suggestions?

Your scheduled plug maintenance is at 7500 miles, our bikes use NGK Iridium CR9EIA-9 I would not use any other plug than the NGK personally.

If you want to go one better than stock plugs..try these 4 x NGK CR9EIA-9 Laser Iridium Spark Plugs not tried them myself only £10 more..it may be just another gimmick though! check these out pulsar plugs www.youtube.com/watch?v=8o00v_Rggt8

These Pulstar plugs look interesting. In don't think they do anything noticable for a stock S-750 though. I might get a set for my dr650 though, maybe raise the needle and/or upsize the jet and see if I can retain my 52-54mpg while increasing the power a little.

I keep forgetting my sprockets are changed. lol I might not be as close to 8k as I think I am. But my bike is starting to spit a bit while on throttle. Keeps getting worse. I haven't had the time to remove the plugs yet. But I'm thinking that's what it is.

It might be like a warranty. The second it's up, what ever it was, breaks. I swear done things they build just good enough to last that long. Does it spit under heavy acceleration, or just through town puttsing? When was the last time you checked your chain tension? I've had some bikes act funny with a loose chain.

Chain tension should be good. I usually check it every couple hundred miles. But it spits usually while cruising and holding speed. I think it does it around 6-8rpm in all gears. Just started shortly after I installed the PCV.

Without having it in front of me, I'm afraid I may not be able to help. I'd love to take mine out and pay attention to what it does at those rpms, but it's 23 and snowing.

Thanks for the help guys. Had a little time to play with the bike. Changed the plugs and while doing so found that cylinder #1 was fouled. Replaced plugs and removed PC and now the bikes runs great again. I'll have to wait till I can take it to a dyno and tune the issue out.
