Okay y'all I have never done any kind of wiring or electrical work. I got a fender eliminator from custom bike parts with turn signals and need to know how to disconnect the old lights and connect the new ones. Please help!

I just installed mine a few days ago, it's not bad at all. Pop the back seat off and there is a string of wires bound together and ziptied to the plastic keeping it all organized. snip that zip tie so you can have access to the individual wires. The two turn signals you're replacing have simple little clip connectors, undo those by lifting up on the tiny tab on each. One is black and one is gray I think, they're smaller wires. For simplicity's sake disconnect the rear tail light as well, it's another easy connector that you'll see on the back of the taillight housing. Cut the wires by the turn signals and make sure to use that loose bit of wire so you can keep the connectors that you already undid. You'll have to cut the wire that's connected to your stock light to use with the license plate light that comes with the new bracket. Cut that with plenty of wire to spare just in case and run it to the new light. cut the cords down low by the turn signals as well since you'll have to use those for the aftermarket signals. Use some sort of crimper or a knife to bare the wire on either end and use a connector to link them. Wrap it in electric tape and you're set. Make sure you've got right to right and left to left before you wrap it though, I almost messed that up.
