If it's like any normal switch, just complete the circuit and you're done. Don't think I'd recommend it, but it is a nice feature sometimes.
you can either merge the wires behind the switch, or trace it back somewhere tricky and merge them there. Could find a diagram in the service manual I'm sure (I don't have one unfortunately) to make it a bit easier, and to make sure it is just a simple circuit switch.

It is a simple open close switch. I wouldn't do it tho.

Don't do it. The bike will die Everytime you pull in the clutch whwn in any gear. Mine went bad so I jumped it to start it while I waited for a new one. It does very single clutch pull on the freeway.
