Hey everyone,
I purchased a practically new GSXS-750 from a dealer with about 330 miles on it.
Like the bike, but have had a consistent issue in first and 2nd gear where the check engine light comes on once I hit about 10K RPM.
I've taken it to the dealer where they have said the code isn't stored and effectively charged me 60 dollars for nothing. The light even came back on during the ride back from the dealership.
I pulled the seat off and jumped the dealer mode pin to find the code it was throwing was a fault for "Intake Air Pressure Sensor".
I wonder if this has to do with the fact I'm riding at high RPM at altitude? The thing is that the bike does not run noticeably differently once the light comes on, and then the light turns off by itself in about 80 miles of riding.
All input welcome, as having a practically new bike with the check engine light on constantly is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
Thanks
