On my 2018, when I'm braking with the front brake and coming to a stop, it's almost like I can feel a pulse/wave with each rotation of the wheel. Can only feel it under 10-15mph, which makes me think it's not warped rotors since that would cause super bad high speed braking vibration - which I don't feel at all. Anyone else experience this? Is it just the way the calipers modulate at low speeds??

Mine do not pulse at any speed. Sounds like you have some type of issue.

Might have something to do with the abs.

I thought 2018's had abs that was a new thing along with traction control.

I thought 2018's had abs that was a new thing along with traction control. ABS is optional on 2018+. ABS bikes are designated with the "Z", aka GSX-S750Z, and for North American market, at least for 2018, all the Z bikes were matte black only. Mine just has traction control.
