I love the way you kept the expense down with thousands in aftermarket But it looks awesome, man! I wish I had the means to do some aftermarket to mine.... College life sucks!!

It actually wasn't as bad as you think! Lol! I did most of the work other than the powercommander and having the carbon can riveted in.

The carbon fiber really makes a difference I agree, I wasn't going to do it at first but like you said it looked too much like a game changer.

I am a fan of the blacked out look. Looks killer.
Where did you get those foot pegs? Got a link?
edit- woops didn't see the post where you discussed it.

I got them at the dealer but I listed the brand and the link to the website is in an earlier post where someone else inquired. They are almost a pound lighter than stock. Once you get the stock pegs(OEM Hayabusa) off younwont believe how heavy they are.

Do you know which year Busa these are? I tried cross referencing part numbers between our bike and a 2004 and 2015 Hayabusa on an oem parts site but it said the parts are different..
But foot pegs are definitely next on my list of things to do. The stock ones don't have that little lip at the end which helps keep your foot hooked on the peg.

They just say they were Busa pegs. If you call your local dealer they can give you a quick answer for sure

Can't wait to see what gains you make!! July is really far away, but I know I don't have to tell you that. You're so right brother. Seems like an eternity and to top it off I'm impatient. This build has been going so well ,it will be well worth the wait. Livengood Motorsports gains on our bike with the Akra set up were sick. Im excited!
