My rear shock collar is on #7 soft. I have zero static sag and with me on bike only get 25mm ride sag. I'm 225 lbs. w/gear. Anyone else have this situation? Any softer springs out there?
The front was easy to adjust/get 35mm of sag with middle of adjustment.
I now have 4k miles and everything that can has "broken in" and feels great. I ride on back roads in NW Lower Penninsula Michigan and front feels good, rear is "ok" but could use more shock movement. The riding position is almost theraputic for my back. Ready for my first set of tires (T30). Still stone stock. Maybe a seat but so far what I have read no real ringer out there. thanks!

I saw someone fitted an adjustable rear shock from a gsxr with semi-minor modification, but have not seen any direct fit spring options.
By the way, I live in rural VT and I travel dirt roads daily. The first thing I did to my bike was make the rear spring softer. It was much more comfortable but I learned that under heavy acceleration the front wheel would begin to rise off the ground between 30-60 mph... so I added of couple clicks back in. Now the nose stays down and it does handle better in the twisties.
PS. I'm a native Michigander!

I have some miles on new tires and reduced rear pressure to 35psi. that seems to have helped a lot with ride comfort. I read the link RE gsxr600 shock install. No mention of ride benefits but really to much work for me right now.
