I will try to make the wireing work this weekend. But i would like to run my ideas with you guys first. I have 2 alternativs and i think i will go with no.2 , what do you think? Alternativ 1 Alternativ 2 Plug ![]() Update: I have now been in contact with dynojet in yhe UK , there answer to the problem is this "Please can you confirm the part number of the Power Commander you have installed to the bike? For the 2017-2018 European models should be issuing 20-048E, this kit includes a 02 optimiser which will automatically control the closed loop area of the bike and adjust to our Air/fuel target. The 20-048E kit is only available in Europe, as you have imported your unit from America, they will have supplied you with the American kit. I would recommend that you speak to the Dynojet distributor in sweden, you require the 02 optimizer out of the 20-048E Power Commander. The part number for this is 66391258, they may be able to supply you with one separately. " Maybe i dont need to make my own plug???

Those lambda kits are exactly the same as what dynojet senf in the American version for the 2015-2017 bikes. From my understanding the 2018 GSXS is the same bike world wide they haven’t created a true piece for the o2 eliminator in closed loop at least in the US. I have talked with the head of R&D at dynojet. One of the replacement o2 eliminators they sent me had this box that connects to both sides of the plug for the o2 sensor wire. It is also the same part they used for the Boulvards I think. When tuning the bike we were running into problems tuning the 40% and below throttle position, even with that box attached. The torque curve just started boucing everywhere. If this final option doesn’t work I’m just going to have to deal with that low throttle lean spots due to emissions standards.

So the plug from a 20-048E kit wont help? My own fix i posted earlier , No good? This far stock O2 sensor is the best way to go No faults but No map Below 40% throttle...

I’m not sure exactly the part numbers they have. The europe version of parts might be different. Your drawings seemed like they should work that is pretty much the same as what I am doing now. If you feel comfortable with the stock sensor use that. I’m still waiting to get the bike back on the dyno to see if the part we made works or not.

Hmm, may be Dynojet should consider updating their PCV to include elements of the AT-200 Autotune add-on (they won't as they'll make less money off us) seeing as it comes with a different O2 sensor for a PCV setup.

@ lilst13 I Will go with stock sensor and the map Fuelmoto sent me and let you figure it out 😀 Then i can use your fix and/or map The autotune kit cant work on 2018 because it requires Stock O2 sensor to be eliminated.. or?

Not sure about the later GSXS but on the GSR their O2 sensor replaces the stock one.

I’m happy with a Slip-On exhaust only. This bike rips stock. Why the delete?

Finally got mine in the mail... Didn't even include the O2 eliminator I assume they removed it at Fuel Moto before shipping it after getting complaints of CEL. Still sad that we can't tune under 40% throttle Feel like I should have paid it 40% less... The most important part is under 40% for city riding. Wanted to smoothen out the lower end

Any news on this?
My bike runs like crap... Even with a zero map and the O2 sensor plugged. Really disappointed with this PCV...
