Hey everyone, I just put these on the other day, they are Slingshot racing adjustable at 20mm and 40mm and basically 360 degrees. I like how it lowered my legs just that little bit. I'm only 5'11" but I feel cramped on the bike for longer rides. I'm planning on riding to Newfoundland from Ontario in a couple of weeks and for that I'm going to set them at the 40mm spot. The hard thing to get used to is having to relearn where the shifter and brake are as weird as that sounds. I painted my rear sets the other day too, I have to wait a week to sand them down and give them another coat but I rode yesterday and after 2 days of drying and 4 coats I didn't leave a mark on my 3 hour ride. I used this wheel paint cause it figured it would be stronger and for $14 instead of $100 for powder coating I'm happy with it. It changes the look of the bike IMO.

Thank you for leading the way on this! Nice job on the rear sets. They look great! Your whole bike looks great! I'm looking at doing the same thing with my pegs. When I googled... I never came across the Slingshot pegs. Great price! I'm ordering these now www.slingshotracing.net/catalog/suzuki-1113-gsr750-1517-gsxs750-adjustable-footpegs-p-635.htmlAlso, I just did a 133 mile ride and man oh man.... I need the Shad seat. I truly appreciate that you shared your upgrades with us. Ride safe!

Thanks, they do look better, its like the silver was breaking up the flow of the bike, now when I look at it, it feels whole, that focal point is gone. I did the same with the chain adjusters at the end of the swing arm, I hate our swing arm, its a shame...I'm too upset to talk about it right now... Now your eyes don't go directly to the little silver end caps. And yes, if you can get the Shad seat, its night and day. I got mine on eBay, I posted a picture on their Facebook with a picture of the semi rigid bags and the seat and captioned it, "someone Shad on my bike!" but they didn't post it.. I thought it funny

Looks good. Did you have to modify the brake switch at all or did it just bolt on no issues?

They fit perfect, took a min of screwing around with the spring trying to get the pin through it all, but it took me 5 mins each one maybe. My friend has an SVF650 and had the same ones, so I just checked to see if they had them for the GSXS. I think all in with delivery to Canada and the exchange it all came to $120CAD and they ship from Florida not China.

Is the viberation increased over stock ?

Honestly I don't even feel a difference in vibration. I did a 4.5 hour ride today and I didn't even think about that so it must not have happened cause I've noticed that vibration before. It is a super pain in the ass shifting gears now though. I'm going to try to adjust the shifter down, even if I have to weld on a piece to bring it lower. Thats the hardest trade off so far with these. But its soooooo much more comfortable, where I have them back a little it feels like I am pushing off them ready to jump forward, I feel much more aggressive. (maybe now I'll clean up those strips...cough)

You can lower the shifter to make it easier, I didn't even realize, the brake you can't but its not a big deal, being able to bring the shifter back down to match where the pegs are is perfect. Just unscrew the nut and slip that piece off, lower it to where you want and slide it back on the gear.

You're gonna have to cut off the little arm on the kickstand though, its right in the way.

the brake you can't but its not a big deal,
You should be able to adjust the brake peddle under the rear master cylinder. Pull the pin on the clevis and you can thread the clevis up on the push rod to lower the peddle position. On my DR650 I lowered the footpegs and actually had to trim a bit of the threaded part of the push rod to get the peddle in a comfortable position for me

Done and done, I got them to the lowest possible place to still have peddle play and still engage the brake without having to shave part of the push rod off, I'm going to take it out now and see how it is.

You're gonna have to cut off the little arm on the kickstand though, its right in the way. You cut it with a hacksaw or dremel ?

Is that little arm not the sensor for the kickstand?
