After searching high and low for a service manual, I finally found one right under my nose on the Suzuki website. It's some pretty good stuff, definitely one of my favorite purchases for the bike. It has everything you'll ever need to know about the bike for sure! If anyone has questions about any sort of maintenance or repair, feel free to post up or pm!

You're lucky, the Canadian site only lists over priced cosmetic enhancements for the 2016 models and no manuals of any sort. But we get Blue, white and black as options this year.

Hey 8000, would you mind scanning and/or posting instructions for spark plug changes in these bikes? I figure, a few of us have to be coming up on that interval, myself included, so this way, I'll have it readily available when the time is right.

You got it, I'll post up pictures when I get home. I just did the plugs maybe 2k ago, it was quite straight forward.

To replace the plugs, you must remove the tank and airbox. I've included those instructions as well. Cheers! You da man. Does spark plug wrench set really mean use the normal tools I use to do a spark plug change on a car, or do you actually need special tools?

Use the one in the tool kit! It's all lonely in there.

Torque specs for Clutch/Stator cover bolts? Just got my cover sliders in, will post pictures of them once the "GSR" branding is removed and they are installed.

Torque specs for Clutch/Stator cover bolts? Just got my cover sliders in, will post pictures of them once the "GSR" branding is removed and they are installed. Looks like about 7 ft/lbs. Word of advice, I've seen inch lbs torque wrenches strip these kinds of bolts. Take a small ratchet and just snug them down if you have a good feel for not stripping bolts, otherwise I'd try to source a very precise torque wrench. Good luck!

Get some brake clean to help get the oil off the header. It's really straight forward. You've got this!

Get some brake clean to help get the oil off the header. It's really straight forward. You've got this! I covered the header in foil before the service. Helps keep the oil off it! I would recommend getting a oil filter tool or get a filter that can be tightened with a wrench. You can't really get a good grip of the filter where it is in relation to the exhaust.

I ended up drilling holes in it and used a screw driver through it to twist it off... Filter wrench is a must!!
